By using boardflix you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Play fairly. Do not use cheats, bots or automated tools against other players.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or break into the site or its services.
• Do not use offensive, hateful or abusive display names or chat messages. Chat is for the people in your room.
• Do not share personal information about other people, or spam a room.

Private rooms and online games

• Rooms are created with a code. Anyone who has the code and a free seat can join, so share it only with people you want to play with.
• The server decides dice, shuffles and move legality. Attempts to cheat, send false moves or automate play may result in the game being ended.
• If a player does not act for 3 minutes during a game, they are treated as having abandoned it. In a two-player game the other player wins. In larger games their seat is played by the computer.
• Leaving a game in progress counts as abandoning it.
• Chat is not stored by us. We may end a room or stop a guest account from joining rooms if it is used to abuse others.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, code and text belong to boardflix or its licensors. The traditional games offered are classic games in common use. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial play.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.

Third-party links and ads

The site may show advertisements and link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may change these terms or the site at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
